1000heads Group is seeking an IT Engineer based in Bogotá to own day-to-day IT support across the Americas, reporting to the Integral IT Director. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues on macOS and Windows, manage hardware and AV/meeting-room tech, and work across time zones with minimal supervision.
Fluent English and Spanish are required, with 2–4 years of IT support experience and a hybrid office schedule in Bogotá. This is a hands-on role with broad regional impact.
