Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to build and lead the market commercial insight engine, transforming complex commercial data into decision-ready insights, opportunities and forward-looking recommendations. The role enables leaders to understand what is happening, why it is happening, what actions should be taken and where value can be unlocked. The role combines strong commercial understanding with data mining,



root-cause analysis, advanced analytics, storytelling and automation. It evolves fragmented and manual analytical processes into scalable, governed and increasingly automated solutions, reducing dependency on manual Excel-based work and enabling faster, more reliable and more sophisticated decision making. The role complements Performance & Execution Reporting: Reporting owns recurring performance visibility, PULSE reporting, scorecards and action tracking; Data & Insights provides the analytical depth behind those signals through diagnostic analysis, hypotheses, opportunity identification, modelling and decision support.
