AstraZeneca in Colombia (Andean Cluster) is seeking a Market Access Manager for Rare Disease to lead access strategies, payer engagement, and value communications for innovative medicines.
You will partner with Marketing, Medical, Pricing & HEOR and other teams to shape lifecycle strategies, develop reimbursement dossiers and access tools, and enable field teams with training and guidance. This role requires strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
