This role is heavily focused on production support, incident management, system reliability, technical leadership, and maintaining business-critical event operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting complex production issues, working directly with client-facing teams, and leading engineering efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, troubleshoot,
