Winning Assistants LLC is hiring a Bilingual Medical Receptionist for a remote, full-time role operating 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday. The position focuses on patient communication, scheduling, and front desk tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will handle calls, reminders, and follow-ups to reduce no-shows, assist with referrals, insurance verification, and document management, and communicate with patients in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
