Coordinate schedules, dispatch updates and work orders so field teams and customers know what happens next.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and update service appointments or dispatch assignments.
- Track work orders and communicate changes to field teams and customers.
- Record job details accurately and follow up on missing information.
- Escalate scheduling conflicts, service delays and unresolved requests.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
- Practical experience with dispatch, scheduling, work-order and customer communication systems.
- Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
- Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
