GFT Technologies SE is seeking a System Administrator to ensure smooth IT service operations, manage identity and access, and oversee SSO integrations across the organization. You will handle ticket triage, change management, and user support to maintain high service quality.

You will work with modern identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) and multiple applications, documenting runbooks and coordinating with stakeholders to implement approved changes during maintenance windows.
