Valoroo is seeking a Dispatch and Track and Trace specialist to monitor inbound calls, emails, and chats, logging every message and maintaining open communication on BATTS, RingCentral, and Google Mail across shifts, including weekends.
You will handle operational tracking, lead checking, and carrier information logging, then prepare End of Day reports for weekends or after-hours and deliver detailed hand-off emails. You’ll coordinate with accounting to attach Bills of Lading to delivered orders.
