WeWork Bogotá is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive the commercial success of a portfolio of small offices. You will renew existing members, source and close new business, and act as the owner of the portfolio's performance.

In this role, you will maintain high activity with clients, partner with Community Teams, and keep the CRM updated to reflect your pipeline. Strong English, 2+ years in sales, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
