Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Asset Manager to support leased or owned fulfillment locations within North America and manage a portfolio of 90–120 sites. You will liaise with landlords, ensure lease compliance, and collaborate across Amazon teams to solve real estate challenges.

The role involves after-hours work and travel (25% or less) within the region, with occasional visits to Seattle and other hubs. A strong background in real estate management and software tools is required.
