You’ll have the opportunity to grow a business, shape customer partnerships, develop talent, and create measurable impact—while playing a key role in the continued growth and development of TalentoHC in Medellín and across Colombia.

Lead the growth, performance, and strategic development of an assigned practice, customer portfolio, vertical, or market within TalentoHC. The Practice Director is accountable for expanding customer partnerships, generating new business, delivering exceptional talent solutions,



and developing the people and capabilities required to scale the practice.

This is a 360° leadership role that combines commercial development, customer advisory, talent delivery, and team leadership. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, translating organizational priorities into talent solutions that create measurable value while strengthening TalentoHC’s position as a strategic human capital partner.

Based in Medellín, you will also contribute to the growth of TalentoHC’s strategic operating hub, leveraging local and integral capabilities to support customers across Colombia, the Americas, and international markets.
