As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant – Customer Experience & Administrative Support to join our team remotely from Colombia.
About the roleThis is a full-time, 100% remote position focused on supporting our customer experience and administrative operations.
The idóneo candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers in English by phone and email.
Main responsibilities• Answer incoming office calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Support the Customer Service administrative team with daily tasks and follow-ups.




• Assist with customer emails and general communication.
• Prepare and send estimates and invoices.
• Help keep customer requests, information, and follow-ups organized.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing area, including research and organization of information.
• Support general tasks related to customer experience and internal coordination.
• Communicate with the internal team to help ensure customer requests are properly followed up.

Requirements• Advanced English level, C1 or equivalent.
• Fluent and confident spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating with U.S. customers in professional phone conversations.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms.
