About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Intern
who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. This internship presents an
exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic,

As an intern on the People Operations team, you will work directly with the
Senior Director of Payroll & Benefits, gaining hands-on exposure to
multi-country payroll operations, compensation administration, and benefits
management across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This is a
learning-focused role designed to develop the next generation of People
Operations talent at Sezzle, with a clear pathway for full-time conversion based
on performance.
What You’ll Do:
* Support end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries (US, Canada,
Colombia), including data entry, reconciliation, and documentation.
* Assist with benefits enrollment, terminations, and employee lifecycle changes
in our HRIS and benefits platforms.
