We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Shared Services Finance team in Bogotá. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, maintaining strong financial controls, supporting month-end closing activities, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and record supplier invoices accurately and within established deadlines.
- Perform invoice validation through 2-way match and 3-way match processes.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with national and international suppliers to resolve inquiries and payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Generate Accounts Payable reports and provide financial information as required.




- Maintain high levels of service and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

- Proven experience in Accounts Payable functions.
- Experience working in Shared Services Centers (SSC), multinational companies, or multi-company environments is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial controls.

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as
- SAP
- Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Strong knowledge of: 2-Way Match, 3-Way Match, Vendor Reconciliations, Invoice Processing, Financial Closing Processes

Language

- Advanced English level (B2-C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
