Overview
As a Marketing Studio Project Manager, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with our Account and Campaign Strategy team, youll manage highvolume, crossfunctional deliverables across creative design, web production, marketing automation, and social media. This is an internalfacing role where your proactive mindset and ability to manage complex workflows will help drive success in our inhouse agency environment.

How Youll Make An Impact
Facilitate the endtoend lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, from discovery and intake to kickoff and delivery.
Translate campaign objectives into actionable work plans, synchronizing deliverables across creative, content, web, marketing automation, and social media teams.




Collaborate with global resourcing teams and traffic managers to assign and shift resources as needed, ensuring timelines are met.
Conduct highlevel quality checks to ensure all assets meet scope and release requirements before final delivery.
Continuously seek improvements in processes and workflows, leveraging industry best practices and global team expertise.
Provide regular project updates, escalate potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.

About You
Were seeking a proactive, detailoriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will have
A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
English Level B2
3 years of project management experience in a marketing or agency setting, with a focus on creative and integrated teams.
Expertise in enterprise project management tools, with a strong preference for Adobe Workfront.
Experience in the financial, insurance, or benefits consulting sectors preferred but not required.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across integral teams.
A selfmotivated, forwardthinking mindset with a knack for problemsolving and risk management.
The ability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
