We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support key accounting and Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with global accounting standards. The role will partner with local and global Finance teams and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesExecute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across assigned accounts and trial balances.Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, adjustments, and complex balance sheet reconciliations.Ensure compliance with integral accounting policies, IFRS/US GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal controls.Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits, and SOX-related activities.Manage and resolve accounting issues, including intercompany and outstanding reconciliation items.Collaborate with FP&A;, regional Finance teams, and operational stakeholders across different markets.Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation,



and ERP optimization.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.3-5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, audit, or shared services.Strong experience with financial close, reconciliations, statutory accounting, intercompany processes, and audits.Experience working with multinational entities, multicurrency accounting, or complex group structures.Exposure to SOX environments is desirable.Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm experience is strongly preferred.Business English proficiency, B2-C1 level.Key SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones.Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.Proactive and collaborative approach.Continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
