Kruger is seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst to support and evolve business capabilities across procurement, materials management, inventory and warehouse operations. This role combines hands‑on functional support, business analysis, solution design and project delivery in a multi‑site manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT colleagues, vendors and project teams to maintain reliable operations, resolve issues, deliver improvements and strengthen process and system documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day‑to‑day functional support for SAP MM, Inventory Management and related warehouse processes, including incident troubleshooting, service requests, root‑cause analysis and sustainable resolution.Partner with Procurement, Stores, Warehouse, Maintenance, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.Support end‑to‑end processes including material master data, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, physical inventory, reservations, batch or classification‑related requirements and warehouse stock movements.Analyze business processes, identify control or efficiency gaps and recommend solutions that align with Kruger standards and manufacturing operations.Configure and test SAP functional changes within approved scope; prepare clear functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms and workflows.Coordinate with developers, integration teams, security, infrastructure and external vendors to deliver cross‑functional solutions and resolve defects.Plan and execute unit, integration, regression and user acceptance testing. Maintain traceable test scenarios, results, defect evidence and business approvals.Create and maintain business process flows, solution designs, functional specifications, configuration references, support procedures, knowledge‑transfer materials and user guides in approved repositories.Support project cutovers, go‑lives, stabilization activities, system upgrades, migrations and planned outages,
including readiness checks and post‑deployment validation.Monitor and manage assigned incidents, requests, problems and changes through ServiceNow or applicable IT service‑management processes, ensuring timely communication and complete closure documentation.Collaborate across SAP modules and connected applications, particularly PM, PP, SD, FI/CO, QM, MES, supplier or eProcurement solutions and interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs or APIs.Participate in design workshops, fit‑gap reviews, change‑control and CAB activities, ensuring risks, dependencies, testing evidence and operational support requirements are addressed.Provide knowledge transfer and backup coverage within the SAP Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse support team, reducing single‑resource dependency and improving service continuity.Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including business leaders, site teams and third‑party partners.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.6-8 years of hands‑on SAP functional experience, with strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Inventory Management in a support and project‑delivery environment.Practical experience with purchasing, inventory movements, material master data, stock transport orders, physical inventory and integration with warehouse processes.Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, preparing functional specifications, configuring or validating SAP solutions and supporting end‑to‑end testing.Ability to diagnose complex functional issues, assess business impact,
coordinate resolution and document the outcome for future support.Understanding of integration points between SAP MM and modules such as WM, PM, PP, SD, FI/CO and QM.Experience working with interfaces and data exchanges such as IDocs, BAPIs, APIs or file‑based integrations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across business, IT and vendor teams.Customer‑service mindset, sound judgment, strong organization and the ability to manage competing operational and project priorities.Assets / Nice to HaveHands‑on SAP Warehouse Management (WM) experience, including warehouse structure, transfer requirements or orders, putaway, picking, bin management, physical inventory and RF‑enabled processes.Experience with SAP HANA or SAP S/4HANA, including impact assessment, migration, testing or functional readiness activities.Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).Experience in pulp and paper, consumer products or another multi‑site manufacturing environment.Experience supporting MES, eProcurement, supplier collaboration, label printing or other applications integrated with SAP.Familiarity with SAP Fiori, Solution Manager, SAP Activate, Agile or Scrum delivery methods.SAP certification in MM, WM, EWM or S/4HANA.French and/or Spanish language capability.Success in This RoleReliable and responsive support for business‑critical procurement, inventory and warehouse processes.Well‑designed solutions that are supportable, controlled and aligned with operational needs.Complete, audit‑ready requirements, specifications, test evidence, approvals and support documentation.Effective collaboration across Kruger sites, IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.Continuous improvement in knowledge retention, issue prevention and operational resilience.Working ApproachThis is a full‑time position based at the Colombia office.
