As we continue to grow, we’re looking for proactive people who want to contribute to a fast-moving team and help us build an exceptional customer experience.About the RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on Shopify Website Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution, quality, and customer experience of our Shopify store.You’ll work closely with our Shopify Website Manager / Developer to keep the storefront accurate, functional, organized, and ready for product launches and promotions.This role is more technical than a traditional ecommerce assistant. You should be very comfortable inside Shopify, understand how themes and storefronts work, have strong QA instincts, and be able to troubleshoot common website issues independently.You don’t need to be a senior developer, but you should know enough Liquid, HTML, and CSS to make basic changes safely and recognize when something needs deeper technical support.What You’ll DoShopify Store OperationsManage products, collections, navigation, pages, landing pages, and onsite contentSet up launches, promotions, discounts, pre-orders, waitlists, and merchandising updatesMaintain accurate pricing, variants, tags, metafields, images, inventory visibility, and product availabilityKeep homepage, PDPs, collection pages, and navigation accurate and up to dateWebsite QA & Technical SupportPerform regular QA across desktop and mobileTest pages, navigation, links, promotions, discounts, cart, and checkout flowsIdentify and troubleshoot broken links, display issues, pricing errors, inventory mismatches, and other storefront problemsMake basic Shopify theme, Liquid, HTML,



and CSS updatesTest changes made by internal or external developers and clearly document issues that need escalationLaunches & Customer ExperienceBuild and QA website components for product launches and campaignsCoordinate with Marketing and Creative to ensure assets, copy, links, products, and landing pages are ready on timeConfirm promotional pricing, discount logic, availability, and messaging before launchReview the website from a customer perspective and flag confusing or broken experiencesPartner with CX to identify recurring website issues affecting customersAnalytics & ProcessMonitor basic website performance using Shopify Analytics, GA4, and other available toolsMaintain QA checklists, SOPs, and website documentationHelp improve processes so website changes are completed accurately and consistentlyWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of hands-on Shopify or ecommerce website operations experienceStrong experience managing products, collections, navigation, pages, promotions, and content in ShopifyGood understanding of Shopify themes, sections, templates, and metafieldsBasic working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, and CSSStrong website QA and troubleshooting skillsExperience working across homepage, PDPs, PLPs, cart, and checkoutComfortable with Shopify apps and third-party integrationsFamiliarity with GA4 and Shopify AnalyticsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and written communicationComfortable working independently and within a distributed, fast-moving teamYou’ll Be a Great Fit IfYou know Shopify well enough that you don’t need anyone showing you where things are.
