a team of equipment administrators, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and quality delivery. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of gaming hardware: live tables, dealer terminals, and related peripherals. Manage system updates, firmware, and
equipment lifecycle. Troubleshoot hardware and network issues in
real time during live-game broadcasts. Coordinate with production, engineering, and operations teams on major deployments, setups, and
game launches. Develop processes, training materials, and best
practices to optimize team workflows. Ensure accurate documentation
of equipment configurations, network diagrams, and maintenance
logs. Liaise with vendors and suppliers on sourcing, testing, and
maintaining hardware. Who You Are Experienced in working with

live-casino gaming hardware (tables, media servers, peripherals)

Technically strong, with a solid understanding of networking, performance tuning, and real-time systems Excellent troubleshooting
skills and calmness under pressure Proven leadership experience, capable of guiding a group and improving processes Fluent in
