Position Overview Support purchasing and logistics through accurate order records, supplier follow-up and shipment tracking. You do not need to cover every specialty. - Maintain purchase, order and shipment records.
- Follow up with suppliers and logistics contacts on status and missing information.
- Track delivery dates and flag delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare updates and supporting documents for purchasing and operations teams.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
- Practical experience with purchasing, inventory, shipment tracking and spreadsheet systems.
- Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
- Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
