The Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile syndicated loan transactions while building strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel and other market participants.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of transactions,
ensuring exceptional client service and the efficient execution of all agency responsibilities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions from closing through ongoing administration
- Review and interpret loan, finance and security documentation
- Monitor covenant compliance through the collection and analysis of financial statements and reporting packages
- Coordinate the timely distribution of required information and transaction notices to lender groups
- Facilitate amendments, waivers, consents and lender voting processes
- Manage obligor accessions and other transaction-related events
- Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders and transaction counterparties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service standards
- Partner with internal teams to ensure transactions are administered accurately and
