What you’ll do

We are seeking a Commodity & Utility Associate to help optimize energy, utility, and operational costs across our portfolio. You will work across energy procurement, utility management, infrastructure, and automation, with a strong focus on using data to drive better decisions and build scalable processes.

• Manage utilities and energy procurement: Monitor market signals and pricing trends, support electricity and natural gas contract execution, validate commercial terms, benchmark rates, audit utility bills, and track rebates and incentive programs.

• Drive OpEx optimization: Analyze operational expenses to identify leakage, discrepancies, and savings opportunities; investigate root causes and partner with cross-functional teams
