Role Summary and Impact

As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence (Reporting & QA) who will:

Develop, update, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and visualizations, ensuring they are accurate, visually impactful,



and architecturally sound.

Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting, translating digital media campaign data into reliable insights that support marketing efficiency and decision-making.

Support the development of campaign measurement frameworks, aligning KPIs with campaign objectives and establishing robust performance benchmarks.

•
Manage reporting playbooks, operations calendars, and reporting milestones, promoting accountability across participating teams.

•
Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated validation scripts to ensure reporting accuracy and prevent defects.

Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation between visualization platforms, including Power BI, Datorama, and Tableau, and underlying raw data sources or warehouses.

Support the development of paid media taxonomy and ensure adherence to data governance and taxonomy requirements.
