Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager PHC LADMAR, Colombia – Technical Director to lead Quality Assurance and Technical Direction activities for the PHC business in Colombia and support Quality operations across LADMAR.
This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and the effective execution of Quality Management Systems throughout the product storage, distribution, and market-release processes.
The position works closely with local and regional Quality teams, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, commercial teams, suppliers, third-party logistics partners, and health authorities. It also provides leadership to the Quality organization while driving continuous improvement and a strong quality culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Quality Assurance and Technical Direction activities for the PHC portfolio in Colombia and support Quality activities across LADMAR.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Storage and Distribution Practices.
