Job Description

We are looking for Business Solutions Manager North America based in Bogota, Colombia.





The Manager, Business Solutions North America serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, digital enablement, and intelligent automation across the North America region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Business Solutions, this role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable solutions that improve employee experience, strengthen service delivery, optimize HR operations, and support organizational transformation.

The Manager collaborates across HR, Global Services, CSS, Technology, and Integral Experience Owners to identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital innovation. Through proactive stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights, and strong project leadership, this position helps shape and execute the Business Solutions agenda while ensuring alignment with business priorities
