Role: Website Specialist

Location: Bogota, Colombia - Hybrid (2 days in the office)

We are looking for a Website Specialist to own the day-to-day management, quality, and continuous improvement of the Worldpanel by Numerator website. The idóneo person brings hands-on technical fluency to build and troubleshoot pages directly, acts as the primary director for our website agency, and proactively enhances user experience and site navigation across multiple regions and languages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day website management: content updates, new page builds, and ongoing quality control
• Build and edit pages or sections directly in Webflow (HTML/CSS) for straightforward changes
• Intake, prioritize, and translate requests from Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Storytelling teams into clear execution
• Ensure site content, layout, and imagery are on-brand, consistent, and optimized for SEO fundamentals (metadata, keywords)
• Monitor site health, implement tracking/tagging via Google Tag Manager,



and proactively flag technical or UX issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our website development agency, translating business needs into clear technical briefs
• Support localization workflows, regional taxonomies, and multi-language/multi-market structure to maintain consistent global terminology

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in website management, web coordination, or a similar hands-on digital role
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and hands-on experience with Webflow or a similar CMS
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
• Comfortable managing and holding an external agency accountable to a clear brief
• Strong eye for design consistency, UX, and brand standards
• Fluent English is required
• Experience with multi-region/multi-language websites and basic exposure to Google Analytics are a plus
