The Opportunity

The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Technical Expert builds and supports secure authentication and identity integrations across applications. This hands-on role combines software engineering with deep troubleshooting: diagnosing login failures,



tracing issues across systems, and restoring reliable service. Prior experience with a CIAM platform is useful, but strong engineering and authentication skills are the core requirements.

Responsibilities
Accountability/Problem Solving

• Design, build, test, and maintain authentication and identity integrations across frontend and backend applications
• Troubleshoot complex login, session, token, API, and account issues in development and production. Reproduce failures, examine logs and system behavior, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes
• Write maintainable code and technical documentation, and review changes for security and reliability

Stakeholder Management

• Work with application engineers, security teams, product owners, and external partners to resolve issues that span multiple systems
• Explain findings and technical options clearly, coordinate incident
