Waypoint is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to coordinate HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and provide reliable support to employees and leadership.
This role is idóneo for an organized, proactive professional who can independently manage multiple HR priorities in an international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, initial interviews, background checks, and candidate pipelines.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, personnel files, and employee changes.
• Coordinate payroll information, benefits administration, and social security updates with payroll teams or external providers.
• Support employee relations, internal communications, engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee objectives, development plans, and training activities.
• Maintain accurate HR systems and prepare reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment,



and other workforce metrics.
• Support company policies, Colombian employment compliance, HR audits, and documentation reviews.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Advanced English proficiency, preferably C1, with strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital HR platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with international or U.S.-based companies and employees across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Colombian labor and social security processes
