Role Description This full-time, on-site role as Practicante de Jefatura de Estudios Financieros at Asobancaria is based in Bogota, D.C. The trainee will support the financial studies department in preparing reports, analyzing market and sector data, and assisting in the development of financial research documents and presentations. Daily tasks include gathering and organizing quantitative and qualitative information, collaborating with senior team members on ongoing projects, and helping to maintain databases and documentation related to financial studies. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, contributing to the design and improvement of analytical tools, and ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications

• Background in Education and Curriculum Development,



with the ability to support structured learning and training initiatives within the financial studies area.
• Skills in Educational Leadership and Communication, enabling effective collaboration with supervisors, peers, and other departments.
• Interest or experience in Physical Education, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ideally with academic exposure to finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and the ability to handle data accurately.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Ongoing or recently completed university studies in a relevant discipline; prior internship or project experience
