? Accounting Representative

? Location: Medellín, Colombia – Onsite
? Salary: COP $3,520,000 per month
? Contract: Indefinite-term contract
? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
? Schedule Change in November: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Review and validate documentation for delivered loads, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify rates and process invoices to support timely billing and payment workflows.
• Follow up with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding pending documentation and discrepancies.
• Manage a high volume of emails, prioritize requests, and ensure timely responses.
• Identify and resolve billing errors, rate discrepancies, and documentation issues proactively.




• Use transportation management systems and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements
• At least 6 months of experience in accounting roles within the logistics industry.
• Educational background in Accounting.
• Knowledge of invoicing, accounts payable, and logistics processes.
• Experience with Aljex or other Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
