Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role based in Moreno. The Inside Sales professional will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective and existing customers, and qualify leads to support revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, presenting product or service information, preparing quotes, and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with other teams to resolve customer questions, and ensuring a positive experience that supports repeat business.
The individual will work toward sales targets while providing consistent, professional communication.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including lead qualification and closing skills.
• Ability to perform effective Lead Generation and pipeline development activities.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction with strong Customer Service capabilities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
• Comfort using CRM or sales software and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward individual and team sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or sales training is a plus.
• Prior experience in inside sales, call center, or customer-facing roles
