In this role, you’ll be a key pillar bridging administrative operations and client experience, supporting both our sales pipeline and our native English-speaking clientele.

What Will Your Mission Be?• Client Relationship & Follow-up: Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with native English-speaking clients and prospective leads.
• Administrative & CRM Management: Keep client records, interactive tasks, and CRM workflows accurate and updated.
• Document & Data Control: Organize client documentation, process internal tasks, and assist with payment verification and registration.
• Process Optimization: Manage appointments, coordinate outreach activities, and propose continuous improvements for daily administrative and customer operations.




• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Administrative, and Operations teams to ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer journey.

What Are We Looking For?• English Proficiency: B2+ to C1 (fluent written and spoken skills to interact confidently with native English speakers).
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data, client files, and administrative tasks.
• Proactive & Adaptive Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
• Collaborative Spirit: A true team player who enjoys working towards shared organizational goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital management tools.
