Head of HUB Bogotá

The Hub Head, Bogotá will be responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling B. Braun’s Global Business Services (GBS) Hub, with full accountability for strategy, operations, people, and service delivery. The role will drive the transition, stabilization, and optimization of services into the Hub, initially focusing on North America (U.S. and Canada), while supporting the evolution of B. Braun’s general GBS operating model. As the senior leader for the Bogotá Hub, this position will foster a high-performing culture,



ensure operational excellence, build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, and represent B. Braun externally to strengthen the organization’s presence and reputation in the local market. Additionally, the Hub Head will act as the primary liaison between the Hub and key countries, overseeing service migrations and ensuring successful delivery, transformation, and continuous improvement across all transferred processes.
