Join Gallagher’s HRIS team and help shape how employees learn and grow across the business. In this role, you will support and improve our Learning Platform so people can access the right learning at the right time. You will work across teams, systems,



and regions to turn business needs into practical solutions that support a better employee experience.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Turn business needs into clear technical solutions that work in practice.
• Support system changes, upgrades, testing, and releases with care and accuracy.
• Partner with functional teams, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and keep work moving.
• Build and maintain reports that help teams make informed decisions.
• Create and update documentation that supports consistent, reliable system use.
• Help design security roles and permissions for administrative users.
• Support training templates, troubleshooting, and day-to-day user needs.
