The P2P/P.O.L.O.



Associate will manage the purchase order process and tasks associated with the PO lifecycle, on behalf of and in partnership with key sector stakeholders. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for coordinating PO lifecycle activities including purchase requisition creation, routing and approval; invoicing and payments support, ensuring that PRs/POs are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a high degree of customer care, maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Because this role will support stakeholders in North America & Latin America, proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese MAY BE preferred.
