Job Description
Position Summary
The "Business Process Analyst" is part of Optimization, Enablement & Governance. We work with our stakeholders (customers, distributor partners, country teams and Business Process Owners) to build operational process transaction and guide process optimization and enhancement followed by Continuous Improvement and potential Automation. You will reduce transactional efforts by efficient process execution which helps to expedite issue resolution and enhance ease of doing business with Rockwell Automation.
You will report to the Team Leader GEBS Business Operations.
Your Responsibilities
• Accomplish operational processes transaction as defined by the GEBS Ops.
• The Business Process Analyst works as part of a larger shared services team to execute a variety of defined operation tasks ranging from data entry, updates data quality, monitors email inbox, provides standardized responses, and documents process improvement opportunities as
