Your role

Buscamos un Service Operations Process Specialist, brindarás soporte a nuestros Centros de Clientes a nivel global y contribuirás a impulsar la excelencia operativa mediante la estandarización y mejora de procesos, la gestión precisa de datos y contratos, así como la planificación y programación de las visitas de los técnicos de servicio, de acuerdo con nuestras mejores prácticas.

Principales responsabilidades

Apoyar el proceso de incorporación y el desarrollo de flujos de trabajo eficientes y estandarizados entre los Centros de Clientes y el CSC.

Crear y mantener contratos de servicio en SAP, garantizando la consistencia, el cumplimiento y una alta calidad de los datos. Brindar apoyo en procesos de depuración masiva de datos cuando sea necesario.

Mantener de manera precisa la información relacionada con contratos y equipos en SAP, garantizando el cumplimiento y altos estándares de calidad de los datos.

Trabajar en conjunto con los Centros de Clientes y los equipos internos, incluidos Global Process Engineers, Business Process Experts y Global Hub Process Engineer, para mejorar los procesos, resolver discrepancias e implementar mejores prácticas que promuevan la mejora continua.

Elaborar reportes y análisis sobre los portafolios de contratos y la base instalada, proporcionando retroalimentación útil y accionable a los Centros de Clientes sobre su desempeño y estado.

Actuar como Experto de Base Instalada (Installed Base Expert) para varios Centros de Clientes, ingresando y actualizando información de equipos en SAP, garantizando la calidad de los datos maestros y apoyando la implementación de nuevas funcionalidades del sistema.

Apoyar a los Centros de Clientes en la planificación anticipada y de alta calidad, así como en la programación oportuna de las visitas de los técnicos de servicio, siguiendo las mejores prácticas establecidas.

Contribuir al desarrollo, adopción y difusión de mejores prácticas,



estandarizando procesos e impulsando la excelencia operativa en los Centros de Clientes bajo su responsabilidad.

Organizar e impartir capacitaciones, orientación y soporte a los Centros de Clientes, fortaleciendo de manera estructurada sus competencias y asegurando una adopción consistente de las mejores prácticas.

Brindar soporte en proyectos de acuerdo con las necesidades del área.

To succeed, you will need

Requisitos:

- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
- Experiencia preferiblemente en áreas comerciales y con enfoque administrativo.
- Conocimientos deseables: Manejo y Habilidad Comercial, manejo de programas y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
- Inglés intermedio deseable. Se hace entrevista.
- Se valorará la experiencia previa en el ámbito de las operaciones. Se valorarán los conocimientos de SAP ERP u otros módulos de SAP.
- Dominio de Office 365.
