What You Will Do As a Data Clerk
As a Sourcing Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility is to accurately input and maintain various types of data into computer systems and databases from outsourced manufacturing facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of data by performing tasks such as data verification, data cleaning, and data organization.



Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Enter, update, and maintain data in electronic formats, spreadsheets, databases, or other designated systems of inventories, incomes and outcomes of raw materials for the different outsourced manufacturing plants. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the entered information.
- Perform the platform or software the company will be using for data entry. This could be a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel, a database management system like AS400, or a specialized software designed for plant management and data entry.
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Perform necessary research or contact relevant sources to validate and resolve discrepancies.
