The Impact of a Renewals Manager to Coupa:
The Renewals Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue retention across Coupa’s existing customer base. By proactively tracking contract end dates, forecasting renewals, and engaging with key stakeholders, the Renewals Manager ensures timely and seamless renewals. In addition to managing renewals, this role is responsible for processing simple add‑on opportunities—such as additional user licenses within existing product entitlements—while partnering with Sales on broader expansion efforts. The Renewals Manager collaborates closely with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure aligned and strategic customer communication.
