POSITION SUMMARY:
The Receiving Clerk's role is to process all OTR driver paperwork for all inbound loads.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Verify appointment times for all inbound deliveries.
- Verify bill of lading for purchase order number.
- Print purchase orders.
- Fill out Trailer Control Record (TCRs).
- Separate and stamp bill of lading.
- Combine all receiving paperwork for receiving dock.
- Verify all forms of payments by drivers and process receipts.
- Release drivers.
- Follow all policies and procedures set forth by La Bodega.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to type at least 20 words per minute.
- Must be able to do simple math.
- Must have cash handling experience.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to work with little supervision.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
