Enrollment Advisor Consultative Sales

Role Purpose
Understand each prospective students true motivations, connect their passion for music with the right educational program, and guide them toward enrollment through a consultative, strategic, and personalized sales approach.
This role goes beyond selling a course. You will support prospective students as they make an important decision about their artistic development and longterm career goals in music.
Work Arrangement and Schedule
Work arrangement 100 remote
Location Open to candidates regardless of their city of residence
Schedule Monday through Friday, from 900 a.m. to 600 p.m., and Saturdays, from 800 a.m. to 400 p.m.
Compensation and Employment Terms
Initial monthly base salary COP 1,750,000
Transportation allowance COP 250,000
Statutory employment benefits

Employment contract Openended employment agreement beginning in the second month
What Were Looking For
At least one year of experience in consultative sales, preferably within the education, service, or intangibleproduct sectors.
Proven experience using CRM platforms and managing structured sales followup processes.
Ability to uncover prospective students needs, motivations, budget, purchasing criteria, and key decisionmakers.
Strong persuasive communication, active listening, objectionhandling, negotiation, and closing skills.
A resultsdriven sales mindset, resilience when facing rejection, and a strong commitment to achieving targets.
Genuine commercial drive, a proactive attitude, and an interest in the creative arts, music, or education.
What Youll Do
Manage assigned leads, phone calls, chats,



and other inbound and outbound sales channels.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospective students motivations, needs, budget, and profile.
Present DNA Musics educational programs, financing options, and unique value proposition.
Maintain consistent and timely followup throughout the sales cycle to convert prospects into enrolled students.
Address objections through active listening, sound commercial judgment, and persuasive communication.
Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM with discipline, accuracy, full traceability, and timely updates.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to DNA Musics overall growth.
Role KPIs
Number of enrollments closed per month.
Individual sales target attainment.
Conversion rate from leads and inquiries to completed enrollments.
Timeliness of followup activities and completeness of CRM records.
Quality of the advisory process and the prospective student experience throughout the sales journey.
