About the Role
Join our team as an Implementation Consultant and lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth transition, delivering client training, configuring solutions, and driving a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client implementations
- Train and support clients during onboarding
- Troubleshoot implementation and system issues
- Configure client accounts and employee data
- Coordinate with Payroll, Sales, and Client Relations teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with US Payroll
- Strong client-facing experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Mandatory Skills
- English Level B2+ or higher (Required)
- Spanish proficiency (Required)
