Smart Shore Group, a Barranquilla-based nearshore outsourcing company, is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to build and manage carrier relationships for US freight coverage. You will negotiate rates, secure capacity, and maximize profitability while maintaining service levels.
You will collaborate with Account Managers, Dispatch, Pricing, and Track & Trace teams in a fast-paced brokerage environment. Must reside in Barranquilla area and be bilingual in English.
