We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on helping home service businesses generate leads through SEO and paid advertising.
We are looking for an Account Manager who is a strategic marketing leader — someone who is familiar with marketing strategy across SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, interpret performance, and lead the business owner toward the decisions that grow their company.
This is not a customer support or relationship-only role. You are the client's primary marketing strategist. Our clients expect their account manager to set the direction, explain the "why," diagnose problems before they do, and lead the plan forward. If you are not providing strategic leadership to the client, no one is — so the bar for marketing competence and leadership is high.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 30 clients and direct our internal marketing and delivery teams on what each client needs to win.
What You'll Own
Own the Strategy and the Results
You are the strategic owner for your client portfolio — not just the point of contact.
- Lead monthly strategy calls (some accounts meet weekly) where you set the agenda and direct the plan
- Own each client's results across SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Explain performance and translate it into clear next steps for the business owner
Clients should see you as their marketing leader, not simply their contact.
Diagnose and Solve Performance Problems
When a client's leads drop, rankings slide, or cost-per-lead rises, you lead the diagnosis and prescribe the fix across every channel — not wait for someone else to.
Direct the Internal Team
Our SEO lead and project managers execute the SEO work and campaigns. You translate each client's strategy into clear priorities for them, monitor deliverables, and own the outcome.
