This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. This role is for a Senior Backend Software Engineer in Colombia who will be a founding member of a brand new Sales Intelligence team within GoDaddy.
We’re building from the ground up to transform how GoDaddy does sales. Our mission: add intelligence to lead generation and assignment, and build the right tools so sales teams can focus on what matters most—bringing in new customers.
This team will build greenfield solutions,
optimize existing Salesforce workflows, and leverage AI to surface the right context at the right time. We believe in rolling out AI-powered features to real users, not just developing with AI tools internally.

What you’ll get to do…
- Design and build intelligent lead scoring, routing, and assignment systems that directly impact sales outcomes, while implementing AI/ML-powered features using LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems to provide contextual intelligence to sales reps.
- Develop Salesforce-based solutions (Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, integrations) and build backend services and APIs in Java and TypeScript that power sales tools and AI-driven capabilities.
