Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Overview
- Aligns talent acquisition strategies with Mastercard’s talent agenda across the Americas region, partnering with business leaders to support strategic talent priorities and workforce planning needs.
- Accountable for designing, planning, and coordinating talent acquisition efforts, ensuring recruiting programs are scalable to support local, regional, and cross-functional hiring activities.
- Acts as a consultant to business leaders and HR partners on a wide variety of talent acquisition strategies, programs,



and processes.
- These include talent planning, recruiting, assessment, candidate sourcing, market research, talent intelligence, and employment branding.
- Delivers strategic recruitment for high-volume and complex hiring needs across the Americas region, supporting multiple business units and functions.

Role
- Develop sourcing strategies through detailed market research, talent mapping, and data mining, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, social media, and other external resources to identify prospective candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach to and screening of prospective internal and external candidates and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across the Americas region to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives and workforce planning needs.
