The Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Virtual Assistant – Legal Intake Support to join a leading personal injury law firm. This role is designed for a professional who combines strong administrative skills with empathy, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
You’ll play a key role in guiding prospective clients through the initial stage of their legal journey by managing inbound inquiries, gathering case information, and supporting the intake pipeline.



Your ability to ensure accurate documentation and a caring client experience will contribute directly to the firm’s success.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree or relevant training in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or intake support role. Experience in legal, healthcare, or insurance environments is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, accurate data entry, CRM proficiency, organization, and multitasking. Experience with legal intake software such as Lawmatics, Clio Grow, or Filevine is a plus.
