When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As a As Kitchen Help , you’re not just supporting the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Prepare kitchen equipment: Set up, clean, organize, and stage equipment including hot boxes, Chef Garde Manager stations, speed racks, and Queen Marys
- Support inventory management: Assist with receiving deliveries and properly storing/organizing stock
- Assist with food service: Help with plating, dish-ups, and transporting prepared items
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
- Comply with regulatory standards:



Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
