Digital Delivery Specialist

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the hands‑on execution of digital marketing assets and campaigns across web, intranet, marketing automation platforms, and other tools as required. You will work within a shared‑services team, ensuring every deliverable meets brand, accessibility, and privacy standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, follow established processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Production & Execution
- Build, update, and publish digital content using one or several enterprise Martech platforms (such as Sitecore for WSP.com, Oracle‑Eloqua for Digital Marketing Automation, Unily for Canopy, and others).
- Execute campaign setups, asset uploads, and QA checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Apply brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and privacy requirements to all deliverables.

Intake,



Triage & Workflow Management
- Receive and process digital requests via intake systems, ensuring clear communication of status and timelines.
- Follow established operating procedures for triage, production, QA, and release.

Technical Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to publishing, campaign execution, or platform functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members, documenting issues for resolutions and future reference.

Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough QA reviews of digital assets prior to publishing, checking for errors, broken links, and compliance.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work closely with MarCom teams, Product Owners, and other contributors to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
