We are seeking a Lead Automation Tester in JavaScript to drive mobile test automation using Appium, API testing, and web apps across iOS and Android. You will shape automation standards, apply GenAI tools/services to speed up workflows, and partner with distributed teams on coverage and reporting.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, build, and maintain a dependable automation framework for native mobile applications using Appium, API testing, and web appsEstablish and roll out test automation best practices, including CI/CD integration, test data management, and reportingLeverage GenAI tools, services, and solutions to boost velocity in regression execution time, script updates, execution analysis, and reportingCreate automated test scripts that cover functional and regression testingPartner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverageEvaluate product requirements for clarity and consistency with existing featuresWrite test cases and validate defectsParticipate in daily standups and other meetingsSustain clear communication across the distributed team, including interactions with other teamsDeliver status reportingRequirementsProven track record with 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on mobile applicationsHands-on expertise in Appium and automation of native mobile apps for iOS and AndroidAdvanced programming skills in JS and solid proficiency in JavaPractical experience using GenAI tools/services,
